DAVID KEWLEY [BAcc, CA, MAppTax]
Managing Director
During his decade of experience in public practice, David dreamed of breaking out from the stats-driven rat-race of larger firms and be able to provide uncompromised service to his clients. He is now living his passion and works hard to make sure our team culture is healthy & fun.
In recognition of his extensive voluntary contributions to a range of grassroots groups and not-for-profit boards, David has received multiple Tasmanian Young Achievers Awards, and was honoured to be a Tasmanian Volunteers Award finalist in 2019.
Outside of his business, David spends his spare time training for half-marathons, attending the theatre and enjoying a casual game of table tennis.
FELICITY NORMINGTON
Company Law Expert
Felicity has over forty years experience in public accounting, with twenty of these spent specialising in Corporations Law. Felicity’s expertise focuses around the formation of corporate entities and the ongoing ASIC regulated maintenance of keeping them compliant.
While now plying her trade in private industry, Felicity lends her expertise to our team in the area of company formations, compliance, business restructuring and Corporations Law.
Felicity is a cycling enthusiast and during the warmer months can frequently be found on long bike rides with her husband Mark.
PHOEBE HOANG
Senior Accountant
Having completed her Master of Business through the University of Wollongong, Phoebe brings to our team a robust background in accounting and business administration.
With her strong set of values, keen attention to detail and sense of accountability, Phoebe is passionate about providing every client with the best possible service experience.
Phoebe likes to stay active and enjoys a regular morning swim, while also being a menace on the badminton court.

Office Manager
Fee's friendly voice will be the first you hear when you make contact with our team.
Fiona has been an office administrator for overs 20 years in many different sectors including training and hospitality. She is an absolute gun with system and procedure implementation and has massively helped to lighten David’s administration workload so he can concentrate on what he does best.
In her spare time, Fiona enjoys pottering around her very large garden, baking cakes and sweet treats and enjoying long lunches with her husband Alan.
